Opening your computer or laptop may void your warranty.  By sending us your disk you confirm you are aware of this condition.  We can provide a letter explaining why this was necessary if required.

Failed hard drives will not be returned.  We will transfer any recovered data to CD or DVD included in the price.  We can also copy to another hard drive or USB drive for an additional cost.

Recovered data will not be shipped until the invoice has been paid in full.

Hard drives may need to be dismantled to recover the data.

We will retain a copy of your data for one calendar month after sending the data to you.

All prices quoted on the website include software recovery only.  If the hard drive has suffered mechanical failure, an extra charge will be applicable.  We will provide quotes before commencing any work.

We offer a no-fix, no-fee policy.  If we cannot recover your data, there is no fee.
